Terms and Conditions
Through making a booking via this website with Hit Club, you hereby acknowledge and understand that an agreement has been entered by you and Hit Club, that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions fully. Hit Club reserves the right to vary and revoke these Terms and Conditions from time to time which it may consider necessary or desirable for the regulation of the internal affairs of the classes and/or the conduct of Clients. Any such changes will be published on the Website and, until revoked, are binding on Clients.
Payment & Purchasing terms
By purchasing any HIT CLUB sessions, or using any other HIT CLUB promotion, you are confirming that you are physically able to partake in the physical activities associated with HIT CLUB and that you are over the age of 16 years. Any purchases by those under 16 years old will be rejected.
Single sessions are priced at £10 and you must ensure you book onto a class before turning up.
5 sessions package is priced at £45 (£9 per session) and should be used over a 6 week period, starting from the first session used.

10 session is priced at £80 (£8 per session) and should be used over a 12 week period, starting from the first session used.

All orders will be confirmed via email once made.

Refunds
Refunds for cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis.
In the event, that we must cancel a session/s, you will be granted a refund for any session missed which will be calculated pro rata on the time/sessions missed.

If you have booked a package and are unable to attend all sessions within the given time period, you will not be refunded for the missed sessions.
Medical conditions & Special requirements
Before starting the programme a PARQ+ form will be required to be completed, you must inform us on our questions form of any medical/ mental/ physical conditions, pregnancy, disability, current medication- which could affect your fitness or your state/ participation throughout the bootcamp. We will ensure all such information is kept confidential and try our best to accommodate your medical conditions and fitness level.
Personal Safety
During your exercise program, every effort will be made to assure your safety. However, as with any exercise program, there are risks, including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. Although HIT CLUB sessions are non contact, they do involve striking and holding pads and self defence drills where there is a risk of injury. In volunteering for this program, you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage. You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise program. By registering to HIT CLUB you accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being. Hit Club does not take responsibility for any events outside of our control.

Limitations of Liability

We do not and will not accept liability for any damage or loss to a Client’s personal property brought to the class. We recommend that you avoid bringing any non-essential/valuable items to the class.
Any and all activities and Classes are booked and taken at your own risk and it is your responsibility to ensure that any and all relevant and accurate health and other medical information (including in respect of any injuries) is provided to Hit Club prior to you using any facilities or participating in any Classes.
You must ensure that we are provided with any relevant updates or changes to your medical details prior to any further use of the gym or Classes. Hit Club will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of your failure to disclose or update any relevant medical details.

Hit Club will not be liable for personal injury sustained by Clients during Classes, except in so far as it results from the wilful act, neglect or default of Hit Club.
Clients who suffer an accident or injury in Class must report the accident or injury and the circumstances in which it occurred to Hit Club as soon as possible following the accident or injury.
You agree to comply with any and all instructions and/or recommendations given to you by, or on behalf of, Hit Club regarding the use of any equipment, classes and/or Classes.
Photography/ Filming/ Social Media
You may be photographed or filmed in training for our use in marketing materials, our website or social media. If you do not consent to be included and featured in these images/ videos, please contact us directly to state this. Otherwise your permission is granted to Hit Club to perpetual use of such images or videos on public platforms and promotional purposes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
