FAQs (Fit Mums Club)

What should I wear/bring to the sessions? 

It is recommended that you wear something comfortable, breathable and easy to move in. A water bottle is also recommended. There will be toys available for kids and some mats but you are also welcome to bring some of your own toys/blanket for babies to lie on. This is particularly recommended if your baby is not yet sitting independently. 

Where are classes held?

Classes are held at Langford Village Hall on Fridays at 2.00pm-3.00pm. Please arrive 5 minutes before the session begins.

What level are classes suitable for?

Classes are suitable for mums from 6 weeks postpartum and 12 weeks postpartum for c-section mums and with children up to school age. Modifications will be provided for exercises to enable you to adapt the workout to your personal level. 

What is the structure of a typical session?

  • Warm up 

  • Full body circuit

  • Cooldown 

  • Finish with 20mins of Tea/coffee/stay and play 

What are the benefits? 

  • Get fitter and stronger

  • Build community of people to support you through your fitness and motherhood journey

  • Have fun
